I Leonard GANDAR of the parish of St. Dunstan in the East London Citizen and Tinplateworker being of sound mind memory and understanding do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament.
To pay funeral expenses.
To give to each of sons Thomas GANDAR, William GANDAR and John GANDAR £125 when they attain the age of 21 years.
To give to daughters Deborah GANDAR and Elizabeth GANDAR £125 when they attain the age of 21 years or marry.
To give to dear and loving wife Deborah GANDAR all the rest residue and remainder of estate.
Appoints wife Deborah GANDAR and son and daughter Thomas and Deborah GANDAR executors.
Signed 12th November in the 31st year of the reign of George the Second and in the year of our Lord, 1757.
Witnesses Enoch STEVENSON, Charles BAYNBRIDGE.
Proved at London 9th February 1758.
