This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas GANDAR of No.7 Holly Street Dalston in the County of Middlesex Gentleman as follows: first I commend my spirit into the hands of Him who gave it hoping for pardoning [ _ _ _ _ ] through the Saviour's [ _ _ _ _ ] and first that my body be interred at the discretion of my Executors after appointed and as to my wordly estate and effects I give and bequeath to my only surviving child Selina all the furniture linen utensils and all other things which she has or may be accustomed to use in the Room [ _ _ _ _ ] occupied by her in my house aforesaid and I also give and bequeath to her my piano forte and I direct my Executors as soon as convenient after my decease to dispose either by private contract or by public sale of the house in which I now reside as aforesaid and also in life [ _ _ _ _ ] to dispose of my other house No.5 (Kirkmonts?) Terrace Givens Road Dalston (both the hosues being Leasehold) and also to dispose of my household furniture linen plate and other effects and out of the monies to be obtained from the sales as well as any ready money monies to be [ _ _ _ _ ] from policies of insurance and any other sources to defray in the first place my just funeral and testamentary expenses and reimbursing themselves any expenses they may have been put to in the execution of their duties and in the next place to pay out of the remaining surplus two third parts thereof to my [ _ _ _ _ _ ] Selina and to pay the remaining one third part thereof to my wife Elizabeth but should I die possessed of or be [survived?] to any other property not herein before disposed of I give devise and bequeath the value to my daughter for her sole use and benefit absolutely and I herby nominate and appoint my friends the Reverend Edward WAITLEY Chaplain to the Ironmongers Company Kingsland Road Middlesex and also Robert SMITH of No.27 (Pail?) Road Dalston Middlesex [ _ _ _ ] Clerk Executors of this my will and hereby revoke all former and other wills by me and any time heretofore made and declare this to be my only last Will and Testament.
