In the Name of God Amen. I Thomas GANDER of the
Town and County of Southampton Tayler being weake and sickly of body, but
of good and perfect memory, do make and [ ? ] this to be my last Will and
Testament in manner and forme following. First I give and bequeath my Soule
to God that gave it, with whom I trust to finde [ ? ] and [ ? ] for all
my sinn and through the death and resurrection of my Lord Saviour Jesus
Christ, and my body to the Earth. And concerning my goods and worldly estate
- my debts being all paid and my funerall expenses being discharged and
paid, what shall be then remaining out of my said goods; my Will is that
the same be equally divided amongst my three children, James GANDER, Alice
GANDER and Thomas GANDER and my wife to have part alike as they with them,
out of the said goods. And I make my sonne the said Thomas GANDER my whole,
and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness hearof
I have hereunto Sett my hand and sealle the eight and 20th day of November.
Anno Domini 1637.
