In the name of God Amen. This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas (sic! - presume clerical error?) GANDER of Noble Street in the City of London Victualler. I give [.......] and bequeath unto my loving wife Jane GANDER all and every (?my) estate and effects of what [...........] or kind [ .......... ] and the same may be and which I shall or may [ ........ ] possessed of or in any [...........] interested in she paying thereout all my just debts funeral and probatory expenses and with in which I [ .......... ] through the same and I do recommend to my said wife that she give unto my brother William GANDER a [se.........] and suitable suit of mourning and such of my wearing apparrel as she shall in her discretion think proper and I do hereby appoint my said wife Executrix of this my Will and do hereby revoke all former and other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of June One thousand eight hundred and nine.
