In the Name of God Amen. I William GANDER of Stanwell in the County of Middlesex, Taylor, do make my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my son Thomas GANDER all that my Copyhold Messuage Cottage or Tenement with all Buildings Barns Stables Outhouses orchards Gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining situate lying and being in Stanwell aforesaid in the Manor of East Bidfont with (?H)atton in the said County of Middlesex to have and to hold the said messuages Cottage or Tenement and premises with the appurtenances unto my said son Thomas GANDER his heirs and assigns for ever. I give and Bequeath unto my son George GANDER the sum of Thirty One pounds and ten shillings of lawful Money of Great Britain. All the rest and residue of my personal Estate of what kind or nature soever I Give and Bequeath unto my said son Thomas GANDER whom I make Constitute and Appoint full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Will or Wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the 30th day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Seven hundred and forty one.
